Chapter 2 Pursuing High-Quality Products and Services
The company believes that the greatest social responsibility of an enterprise is to provide customers with high-quality products and services. The company has established a quality management system and has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. Subsequently, it obtained ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Currently, the company has integrated the three systems internally to achieve the advantages of integrated management. In order to fulfill its responsibilities for product quality and safety, and to ensure the quality and safety of the products and services provided by the organization, the company attaches great importance to the construction of the quality management system, strictly controls product quality, meets various standard indicators, and has established a complete quality management system.
The company has currently established a series of quality control measures, covering all aspects of the entire process from product design, raw material procurement, product manufacturing, product inspection, packaging and storage, to after-sales service, effectively guiding and supervising the quality control work of various departments.
In product design, the company has established cooperative relationships with multiple research institutes. The independently innovated and developed BOPP and BOPET pre-coated film products have good compatibility with other resins, thoroughly solving the issues of unclear viscosity grading, poor quality, limited varieties, low whiteness, poor thermal stability, low adhesion, high solvent consumption, and serious pollution found in similar domestic products.
In terms of production technology, the company adopts a coating production process using water as the medium. It is a new type of environmentally friendly process, advocated by the "Montreal" international environmental protection convention, and is one of the most advanced production processes internationally. The overall process flow is simple, eliminating the solvent recovery process and equipment, and does not require the consumption of large amounts of solvents. The production cost is about 10% lower than that of traditional solvent methods, while allowing for different process conditions to produce various models with better performance, posing less harm to the environment.
In terms of excellent material selection, the company has a very strict process control for the selection of raw materials and process control. First, it is necessary to find large-scale suppliers with very high credibility, trace back to the manufacturers of the raw materials, conduct appearance inspection and solvent testing on each batch of raw materials, and only after analyzing, testing, and verifying that the materials are qualified can they be stored for future use. Secondly, after a period of quality qualification assessment of the raw material suppliers, fixed-point procurement from designated manufacturers will be established.
In precision manufacturing, the company implements institutionalized, clean production and has established a research and development center and a central laboratory to effectively control the quality of various stages in the production process. The laboratory conducts experimental analysis on the performance of semi-finished and finished products in batches every day and records the test data in detail, allowing for traceability of the actual situation analysis of products from any date and batch. Quality control procedures are established for raw materials/auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and defective products to achieve continuous improvement in product quality and meet customer needs.
In terms of meticulous after-sales service, we have a very excellent after-sales service team and an after-sales service management system. Currently, we have established stable supply and demand relationships with hundreds of domestic units, and our products are also exported to international markets in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, North America, and Oceania. While providing customers with high-quality products, we also offer solutions to the problems customers encounter in the actual production process. Chapter 3 Compliance with National Laws and Regulations
The company's products, services, and operations mainly involve the impacts on quality safety, environmental protection, energy conservation, resource comprehensive utilization, safety production, public health, and other aspects. The company strictly follows national laws and regulations such as the "Environmental Protection Law," "Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law," "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law," and "Production Safety Law," and has formulated systems such as the "Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Control Procedure," "Emergency Preparedness and Response Control Procedure," "Production Safety Accident Emergency Plan," "Accident and Incident Investigation and Handling Control Procedure," and "Employee Handbook." Corresponding emergency measures have been developed for fire, flood, earthquake, typhoon, and hazardous chemical leaks. The company's wastewater, waste gas, and noise all meet the emission standards set by national and local regulations; the company's industrial solid waste has been treated and disposed of, with a hazardous waste disposal rate of 100%; the company's pollution control facilities are operated and managed by designated personnel, and the environmental protection facilities operate stably; the pollutants discharged by the company meet the national standards, and the total discharge is within the controlled range.
The company has a Quality, Safety, and Environmental Protection Department, which is mainly responsible for the formulation, implementation, and assessment of management objectives and plans for quality, production safety, environmental safety, and occupational health and safety. It is responsible for evaluating and controlling the operation of major safety and environmental factors and significant hazard sources. It is also responsible for monitoring harmful factors in the workplace, managing special equipment, conducting employee occupational health checks, and dynamically managing the distribution of labor protection supplies.
The company has established a fire safety leadership group to implement responsibilities and eliminate the occurrence of fires and other safety accidents; it has formulated fire safety management systems to clarify the fire safety responsibilities of personnel at all levels. A micro fire station has been set up, equipped with fire hydrants, fire water pipelines, fire extinguishers, and other fire-fighting facilities. Monthly fire hazard inspections are organized, and an employee reward program for reporting hazards is conducted, encouraging full participation to eliminate fire hazards. The company has developed and earnestly implemented an education and training plan, organizing various fire safety training sessions, ensuring that all employees can master the use of fire extinguishers.
The company's environmental protection equipment is fully implemented in accordance with the requirements of the environmental impact assessment documents, covering various production devices: circulating cooling water system, activated carbon adsorption device, and other processes. At the same time, our company has established a complete management system for equipment operation inspection, equipment maintenance and repair, and environmental facility operation record keeping, which can fully ensure that pollutant emissions meet relevant laws, regulations, and standards. The treatment capacity of the environmental protection equipment facilities within the devices matches the factory production emissions:
1) After the wastewater is treated by the self-built septic tank and meets the standards, it is discharged into the municipal sewage pipeline for treatment.
2) The process exhaust gas meets the discharge standards after various treatment technologies. The company conducts third-party monitoring in accordance with relevant management requirements and uploads the data to the environmental protection management department. The monitoring results indicate that the industrial exhaust gas can meet the discharge standards.
3) In accordance with the principles of reducing, harmless treatment, and resource utilization of solid waste: Our company categorizes solid waste based on actual conditions. General solid waste is fully utilized as resources, while hazardous solid waste is handed over to qualified environmental protection waste disposal companies for harmless treatment according to environmental management requirements; municipal sanitation departments are responsible for the unified transportation of household waste; all solid waste has been comprehensively utilized and properly disposed of. This is to achieve the company's sustainable development in environmental protection and ecology.
4) The noise is mainly production noise, coming from air compressors and fans. In noise control, low-noise equipment is first selected, and for high-noise equipment such as air compressors, fans, and pumps, measures such as sound insulation, sound absorption, and vibration reduction are taken to ensure that the equipment noise is below 85-90 dB, in accordance with the requirements of the "Noise Control Design Specification for Industrial Enterprises"; in addition, the company conducts extensive greening, and the enterprise is located away from residential areas, with emissions meeting the requirements of the industrial enterprise boundary environmental noise emission (GB12348-2008) Class 2 standard, all meeting the discharge standards.
The company has passed the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, consciously complying with environmental protection and occupational health and safety laws and regulations, integrating the concepts of environmental protection and ensuring occupational health into corporate management activities. It strives to address environmental pollution at the source, conserve energy and reduce emissions, lower consumption, and achieve clean production, realizing harmonious coexistence between production operations and the natural environment. Effective measures are taken to control hazardous sources, eliminate and reduce safety risks; strengthen labor protection, improve working conditions, prevent occupational diseases, and strive to enhance occupational health and safety levels.
The company takes "safety production, environmental protection, and occupational health" as its responsibility, and has made process improvements and technological innovations for all products, implementing a series of energy-saving, resource comprehensive utilization, and circular economy projects. The entire production system uses control systems and safety instrument systems, implementing automated operations, greatly improving safety production levels and production efficiency. The main production processes of the company adopt digital visual control. Production facilities use energy-saving equipment, such as air compressors, transformers, and negative pressure fans. The company's production water mainly comes from recycled water, achieving recycling and reducing water consumption and wastewater discharge.
